Why is my sister acting so moody lately?

My hens babies are nearly weaned. They grow so fast! I have here two more babies that need a mother. I put them in the nesting box and she (the hen) acts scared of them. I caught her pecking at them so I shooed her off... Is this stupid to think she might take care of them? She has not fed them at all today so I have been taking them out every four hours and feeding them and replacing them in the nesting box after. I am pretty sure it's a table topper similar to a ouija board. Why do Noctilucent/Cirrus Clouds turn dark blue/black?

Today there was a thunderstorm where I lived in the day, I saw weird blue clouds weigh above the sky and a whole bunch of cirrus, all of a sudden both turn dark blue for a while and rain and pour, there is also orange/purple lightning, all of a sudden it stops and there is a heavy drought, it get really hot, at 4:00 I see the cirrus clouds turning black and noctilucent clouds (weird clouds) turning the darkest blue can go, then all of a sudden the sky turns black. My dad is meteorologist and he told me cirrus and noctilucent clouds turn black, I asked him why clouds turned black and he replied with "All clouds turn black not just a specific set of clouds all clouds turn black because they are blocking the suns light out and all forms of light, even at night there is no sun but the clouds block out light, it's not just sunlight they block out." I replied with "I think I understand." I then left. There is a severe storm where I live, it's down pouring and there is red/purple lightning and not only that it's dark out in the city in the part I live in.

Esophagus or stomach problem?

Ok this will be long. I have been feeling sick for the past like 2 weeks and before that I had really bad acid reflux and I felt it when It came up into my throat and I was taking acid reflux medication but I was taking too much. So I called the doctor and he told me to stop taking them so I did. �I haven't taken them for sometime. I usually would feel the acid come up In my throat but I haven't �and I think that is a concern because I always get acid reflux after I eat so I wait a cuple days and for the last week everytime I lay down and I force a burp I can feel the acid reflux in my stomach but not my throat but my throat burns like hell and hurts really bad. So everytime I wake up from my sleep my stomach gargles like I am hungry but I am not hungry at all. I am in no pain but I feel weak and tired all the time. Could it be possible that I messed up my esophagus so bad that I can't throw up or that my stomach is messed up? I haven had an appetite and I have felt like throwing up and when it's about to come up it feels like it gets stuck and the back of my chest and doesn't even come up. The last time I was about to regurgitate I had so much mucus or something in my stomach that I had no choice but to swallow it. I was in the Badlands, South Dakota this past week storm chasing and we came up on this rock formation on the edge of the grassy pasture that immediately dropped of the cliffs there. the symbol was a large circle with an X through it and then there was a smaller circle with the same center as the big one? from a birds eye view it looked like a target with the outside circle quite large and the other circle as the bullseye. Anyone here got microdermal anchors?

I just got them yesterday! 2 of them side by side about an inch below the center of my collar bone. Not sure the hand would be a good place to get any kind of piercing. You use your hands for everything and they could get dislodged or infected easily. Side of wrist could be cute but I like the top of the wrist better, just above your hand. The nape of your neck is a good place for microdermals. The key is to get it in a place where there isn't much movement. Until it heals it's just kinda slid into there with nothing to hold it in place. I was advised to keep them covered with a band aid for the first 3 days. Good luck!

Am I feeding my corn snake enough?

I have a corn snake who is approx. one year old. She is a little more than a foot long. I have had her since November and she has always been a good and willing eater for me. She usually sheds every five to six weeks, but she has missed her most recent shedding. Her last shedding was April 13th, 2011. It has been fairly humid lately, so I don't think it is due to humidity. I feed her one pinkie every two days (for example, if I feed her Monday, her next feeding would be on Thursday), but if she is offered two, she will eat both without hesitation and she hasn't regurgitated. She has only been fed two mice at once only two times. Does her willingness to eat both pinkies mean that she is ready for more food? And could that have to do with her missed shed?

So we started doing some grounding exercises on our second session this week. She wants me to pretend that my feet are anchored to the earth's core and my name is written on the gold ball of light. My cat does this to, because of this we thought this was very unusual... but when we went to find out the vet said this was fine. so we decided read up about this. The more we read the more we found out cats for one have less guts then humans in there stomach so there food has more room to digest and settle. I just got my new puppy (10 weeks old) a week ago now. I'm really worried because he vomited, he woke up from a nap and started to make funny noises which I clearly knew something wasn't right. My figure eight puffer ate blood worms about an hour ago and just "threw up" the meal. Normal?

Bought a 1.5" figure eight puffer fish today. I fed him about an hour ago and gave him bloodworms. Checked on them and he "threw up" his meal as I looked at him. Is this normal? I've owned these guys before, but I've never had a fish regurgitate a meal so long after ingesting it. Prior to eating his belly was normal looking, not bulging but slim like. The other puffer (same size and bought same day) ate WAY more than he did with no problems. The store has them strictly freshwater so that's what in now, but over time will convert to brackish tank. I am 18 years old and just graduated from high school. I got my braces on about a 15 month ago. Ever since getting them on my confidence has dropped and I often feel almost depressed. I understand that a lot of people have braces, but I already have some confidence issues and really, its only myself that I care about. My dentist promised that if i didn't have them off by my prom and graduation that he would take them off for the occasions. Finally prom came around and he was not happy, but he took them off anyway. He left on the anchors in the back and the pallet expander that I recently got. The thing is, is that I do not want my braces back on. No one understands how ugly they make me feel. After getting them of I started noticing that when I laughed or smiled I would instinctively cover my mouth. I have been wanting to switch to invisilign for a while now. I am only half way done with the process but I do not want braces in college. My teeth are straight, its just my overbite. My mothers insurance has already covered braces once, so I don' no what I can do. I honestly hate my life with metal in my mouth, and the pain is sometimes unbearable. I just need an alternative. My mom is insane!!! What can I do?!?

My cat Leloo has been vomiting frequently, usually once a day or more. Most of the time it looks like she's just regurgitating what she eats. And other times her vomit is runny with mucus. There is another cat in the house, so we initially thought she was eating too fast due to territory issues. So we separated feeding areas to allow both cats to eat in private. This has not helped. She has lost some weight and her appetite has decreased. But other than that she has no other symptoms other than being more affectionate than usual. She is not running a fever, there is no tenderness or pain in the abdominal area, and she seems to be acting like her normal self (not including the vomiting and decreased appetite). I feed her Purina one sensitive systems and give her a hairball reducing treat daily. All the local vets are closed till Monday any ideas of what might be wrong or what I can do?

Ok this will be long. I have been feeling sick for the past like 2 weeks and before that I had really bad acid reflux and I felt it when It came up into my throat and I was taking acid reflux medication but I was taking too much. So I called the doctor and he told me to stop taking them so I did. �I haven't taken them for sometime. I usually would feel the acid come up In my throat but I haven't �and I think that is a concern because I always get acid reflux after I eat so I wait a cuple days and for the last week everytime I lay down and I force a burp I can feel the acid reflux in my stomach but not my throat but my throat burns like hell and hurts really bad. So everytime I wake up from my sleep my stomach gargles like I am hungry but I am not hungry at all. I am in no pain but I feel weak and tired all the time. Could it be possible that I messed up my esophagus so bad that I can't throw up or that my stomach is messed up? I haven had an appetite and I have felt like throwing up and when it's about to come up it feels like it gets stuck and the back of my chest and doesn't even come up. The last time I was about to regurgitate I had so much mucus or something in my stomach that I had no choice but to swallow it. You are so right. Forced learning to pass an exam then forget it completely. Most of the learning I did at school in subjects like history, geography, chemistry etc was forgotten shortly after the exam and of no value in life. You are right its such a waste of young peoples lives. I have been teaching the last few years at Universities and schools and now run week long teacher training courses. I teach what you say-how to motivate the students, learn about life around them, understand themselves and others and learn how to live. The teachers leave inspired and motivated . You are so right. I think my budgie stopping caring for the chicks!?

The mom was taking very good care of her babies for around a week. 1 baby is 9 days old, the other baby is 7 days old, and the third baby is only a day old! There is still one more egg and I candled that egg and the baby is still a live inside and i feel the baby moving inside and hear tapping. Well the mom is starting to come out of the nest box A LOT! She comes out and her and the male keep regurgitating and when she is done, she doesn't go back inside. The babies will be calling for her and she doesn't go back in. She goes in only sometimes now. The newly hatched baby is gonna be 2 days old by tomorrow and i checked him and he isn't being fed. He should have by now. He keeps going under neath the bigger chicks so maybe the mom doesn't see him? When i move that baby to the side, he just crawls back under them. This new baby keeps chirping a lot though for food and hasn't been fed yet. It would be horrible for this baby to die. I do know that they still go in sometimes but its just that the mom isn't sitting on her babies much now and they are cuddling together for warmth and that i still don't see food in that new babies crop. So....What do i do? And how do i know for sure that the mom is definably not taking care of them. I didn't really want to hand feed them cuz I don't know how... please help!

Why won't the baby chicks come out?

My family has had two baby parakeets that are about six weeks old now. However, there seems to be a problem with the two...they refuse to leave the nest box. I've been keeping my distance to let the parents do their thing with the chicks, but the only thing that happens is they go in and regurgitate food to the chicks instead of weaning them. Did you get an EGD or barium swallow done at the gastroenterologist's office? If you feel like your current GE isn't taking you seriously, ask your parents to take you to another one.

I recently got two dermal anchors on my right hip. I have two dermal anchors on my left hip. I had few complications with my left hip. Just the regular swelling and bruising. I have yet to get anything caught on my new anchors. After wearing somewhat "binding" clothes, the top anchor looks as if it has been totally pushed inside my hip. Ok this will be long. I have been feeling sick for the past like 2 weeks and before that I had really bad acid reflux and I felt it when It came up into my throat and I was taking acid reflux medication but I was taking too much. So I called the doctor and he told me to stop taking them so I did. I haven't taken them for sometime. I usually would feel the acid come up In my throat but I haven't and I think that is a concern because I always get acid reflux after I eat so I wait a cuple days and for the last week everytime I lay down and I force a burp …‡ my stomach but not my throat but my throat burns like hell and hurts really bad. So everytime I wake up from my sleep my stomach gargles like I am hungry but I am not hungry at all. I am in no pain but I feel weak and tired all the time. Could it be possible that I messed up my esophagus so bad that I can't throw up or that my stomach is messed up? I haven had an appetite and I have felt like throwing up and when it's about to come up it feels like it gets stuck and the back of my chest and doesn't even come up. My ball python won't poop?

He usually pooped every 2 to 3 weeks, first some nitrates, and then a big solid poop the next day. He has eaten at least 5 mice since the last time he pooped and its been about a month. I'm a little worried because his last movement was a little scary, I didn't know what was going on at first! There was this horrible sound all of the sudden, which at first I thought was my cat vomiting. But then I noticed it was coming from the snake! He seemed to be struggling sort of, I would almost describe it as a convulsion. I thought maybe he was trying to regurgitate something the way he was moving. Then he stopped, came out from under his cave, curled up, and seemed alright. I took his cave out and it was apparent that he had just pooped. It was somewhat solid but seemed sort of half diarrhea also (it actually looked like a bit of it was forced out so hard that it was kind of splattered) and reeked more than snake poop normally does. I didn't think to take a sample to the vet at the time and just cleaned it up. He behaves normally for the most part, though he seems to be a bit off balance once in a while when I'm holding him. He eats just like he always has and drinks water on his own... which is what worries me, because what is happening to all the waste from the mice he's eaten?? Please help!

Budgie abandoned chicks!? Help! Urgent?

The mom was taking very good care of her babies for around a week. 1 baby is 9 days old, the other baby is 7 days old, and the third baby is only a day old! There is still one more egg and I candled that egg and the baby is still a live inside and i feel the baby moving inside and hear tapping. Well the mom is starting to come out of the nest box A LOT! She comes out and her and the male keep regurgitating and when she is done, she doesn't go back inside. The babies will be calling for her and she doesn't go back in. She goes in only sometimes now. The newly hatched baby is gonna be 2 days old by tomorrow and i checked him and he isn't being fed. He should have by now. He keeps going under neath the bigger chicks so maybe the mom doesn't see him? When i move that baby to the side, he just crawls back under them. This new baby keeps chirping a lot though for food and hasn't been fed yet. It would be horrible for this baby to die. I do know that they still go in sometimes but its just that the mom isn't sitting on her babies much now and they are cuddling together for warmth and that i still don't see food in that new babies crop. So....What do i do? And how do i know for sure that the mom is definably not taking care of them. I didn't really want to hand feed them cuz I don't know how... please help!
