My Brother is having chest pain, he had a heart attack and stent placed 3 days ago?

He really needs to call the cardiologist that put the stent in. It is NOT normal for him to still be experiencing pain like this. The cardiologist's office has an answering service, and can get a hold of the cardiologist or one of his/her partners 24 hours a day to talk with your brother. You should have him call immediately, but if he really is as stubborn as you say he is, he'll probably wait until it's too late and end up dying. I wish you and him all the best.
