How long will it take for the power to come back on?

well obviously im on my phone but about 20 mins ago the power was flickering then went out there isnt a storm and its not really hot im guessing there was an accididdent or something how long do you think it will take to come back on? my flight leaves later fo vacation and i neeeded to wash all my clothes and take a shower which i cant do now.....what can i do?
