Esophagus or stomach problem?

Ok this will be long. I have been feeling sick for the past like 2 weeks and before that I had really bad acid reflux and I felt it when It came up into my throat and I was taking acid reflux medication but I was taking too much. So I called the doctor and he told me to stop taking them so I did. �I haven't taken them for sometime. I usually would feel the acid come up In my throat but I haven't �and I think that is a concern because I always get acid reflux after I eat so I wait a cuple days and for the last week everytime I lay down and I force a burp I can feel the acid reflux in my stomach but not my throat but my throat burns like hell and hurts really bad. So everytime I wake up from my sleep my stomach gargles like I am hungry but I am not hungry at all. I am in no pain but I feel weak and tired all the time. Could it be possible that I messed up my esophagus so bad that I can't throw up or that my stomach is messed up? I haven had an appetite and I have felt like throwing up and when it's about to come up it feels like it gets stuck and the back of my chest and doesn't even come up. The last time I was about to regurgitate I had so much mucus or something in my stomach that I had no choice but to swallow it. Plus I have had this cough for a while to I haven been to the doctor because my parents won't let me go. I have an appt. with a Gastro doctor for April 12. I don't know if I can wait that long. This is very concering to me. Can someone please tell me what it could be? I'm 19 male. I cannot go number 2 and I ate alot today and Im peeing a cloudy yellow color.
