Can the doctor find food poisoning/stomach virus through an endoscopy?
I'm getting an endoscopy next week because everytime after I eat, no matter what I eat, I vomit for several hours. I've had this problem for a year and a half now, ever since I started eating processed foods and fast food everyday. I don't feel sick, I don't have heartburn, I don't have an upset stomach, and I don't have diarrhea. My food just regurgitates EVERYTIME. I also feel like drinking water all the time because I get really thirsty. I think I may have food poisoning or a stomach virus. Would the doctor be able to find that I have food poisoning or a stomach virus through the endoscopy?
