Why does the American Government want to outlaw Conspiracy Theories?

Outlawing of the able to talk or consider conpiracy theroies is a direct violation of The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. So if the United States government would outlaw that then the U.S. government would become something out Founding Fathers feared, tyranny.
