Who was the guest star on SNL who played Mr Peepers girlfriend?

Chris Kattan(Mr. Peepers) had a visitor come to dinner and he and his "parents" regurgitated his food for him, and he in turn regurgitated his food in this womans mouth...Im Stuck and cant remember whom the guest was on that show... Im not sure when the show aired, but it would have been maybe late 90s early 2000s.. It was by far one of the most hilarious sketches I ever saw.. And the woman in question amazingly kept her character throughout.. I just cant remember who she was.. and Ive been Looking for a video of it for several years.. If anyone can help Id be soooo happy.. Its been eating at me for a long time!! Thanks
