Building a Yugioh deck for sister need help?

my sister want's me to make her a norse deck wiyh the storm of ragnarok cards but i don't have a lot of those cards yet what cards should i use and add to this deck the only nordic cards i have are some weird relic traps and guldfaxe of the nordic beasts and tanngrisnir of the nordic beasts so what others do i need to make this deck for her please include the names of the boosters and/or starter packs. thanks for the help.
